Description of Responsibility
Civil Engineer’s role & responsibilities are to manage the design specification for Power projects\Substation\Seawater desalination plant projects, manage the plant packages of biddings and come up with the Discipline report, Technical Description and Document Review/Comments. The duties include but are not limited to the following:
1.Review the tender document and come up with clarification and deviations if necessary.
2.Finalizing the work scope and terminal point list of bidding project.
3.Coordination with DI and PCD (Procurement)  to prepare the RFQ of related discipline package, clarification, and technical evaluation.
4.Review the BOQ which was provided by DI.
5.Review and modify the technical proposal  (including the technical description, drawings & datasheet);
6.Coordinate with vendors and design institute. 
7.Resolving the major technical issues and attending the review meeting.
8.Attending the pre-bid and post-bid clarification meeting with Owner or Partner.
9.Recording Minutes of Meeting / Summary & managing with discipline technical documents.
10.Recording and sorting the technical documents, Discipline system study, Discipline equipment technology research.
11.Be familiar with European and American civil standards etc. 
12.Be familiar with operation of Auto CAD soft.
Others:
1.Participating in bidding project kickoff meeting.
2.Participating in the preparation of the bidding project planning and cheduling.
3.Participating in technical interface and training of the relevant discipline.
4.Participating in other work of department and discipline.
Overall Experience
Five years working experience of Civil work at least.
Language Skills
